We currently only accept PayPal as a secure form of payment.The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of any product before you place an order. We try to ensure that our prices displayed on our site are accurate but the price on your order will need to be validated by us as part of the acceptance procedure. We will inform you if a product's correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order and decide whether or not to order the product at the correct price.
Delivery - UK, Mainland Europe & Worldwide
Orders are processed and dispatched on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays); we will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or miss-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry, so please make sure to provide accurate address and postcode information to prevent any errors or delays in delivery.
If you live in a remote area or in the Highlands or Ireland please allow at least one extra working day.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, our delivery company will leave a telephone number for you to call to make alternative arrangements.
Any times or dates stated on our site for delivery are estimates only. We will make all reasonable effort to deliver goods within the time specified, but we do not accept liability for any failure to deliver within that time.
As most of our items are bulky and may require specialist packaging and delivery service please contact us for a postage quote before you buy. This enables us to provide the safest and most economical form of delivery available for your specific purchase. This may be by Hermes, courier or even our own delivery service. Collection by appointment is also available. This will enable us to ensure that your purchase reaches you promptly and more importantly, intact.

Cancelling Your Order
To cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible on 07546 483379 or alternatively email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the words 'Cancel Order' in the subject box.
During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.
If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with our returns policy. For more information on returns, please visit our Returns section.
Products we are unable to cancel, refund or exchange
We can't offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on the following items:
Products, which have been personalised for you.
Made to order products such as furniture or made to measure items.
Where a product has been specially ordered for you, unless faulty, we're unable to refund or offer an exchange. We are unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless within 48 hours of the order being placed.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you are unfortunate to receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days. We will be happy to help you arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. We do advise you to check goods upon arrival and note on the couriers paperwork of damages and provide photographic proof.
If you refuse delivery, please notify us immediately. Goods refused on delivery that are found to be damaged on return to us may incur the postage charge.
The items we sell by their nature and definition will be either old, used, altered, recycled and made from used materials or a combination of two or more materials and as such will not be "new". If you are looking for new items then we are probably not for you and we suggest that you do not purchase from us without perhaps viewing first. Having said that we are happy to provide full refunds if you are unhappy with any aspect of your purchase. This allows you to purchase with confidence.
The returned item will need to be returned at the expense of the purchaser and via the exact same delivery service. For example, if we use Hermes for delivery, the item will need to be returned by the same method and MUST be received in the same condition as it was dispatched by us and received by you. Once the item is received we will notify you and issue your full refund , not including postage charges, within 30 days, again this will be by the same method of payment with which you made your purchase.
If you do not agree to the above terms and conditions then please do not purchase. If you have any queries regarding our returns policy, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will help and advise you as best as we can.
If you choose to return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete, or incorrect delivery, delivery charges are not refundable and you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the products, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.
If you have chosen a refund, we will process the calculated refund within thirty (30) days of receiving your returned goods provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition within 30 working days from delivery. You will receive email notification of your refund.
If we issue a refund and you fail to return any products to us where required to do so and/or fail to make them available for collection after receiving notice requiring you to do so, we shall be entitled to compensation from you equal to the sum of the purchase price for the relevant products and the original delivery charges. You authorise AllCRAP to deduct any such sums from the payment method used by you to make the purchase.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online at www.Allcrap.co.uk. We are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location or at exhibitions or shows. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days.
Please Note: We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
We promise that for any product you purchase from our web site:
1) we have the right to sell the product to you;
2) the product will correspond with the description we have given to you; and
3) the product will be of satisfactory quality,
Due to the nature of our items you may find that they may have some sharp edges, the possibilities of splinters and traces of rust etc.
To us this is all part of the natural condition although we do try to avoid these possibilities.
We therefore can accept no responsibility for any injuries or damage caused by such or similar.
