Good morning.
I am based in Truro and own a company called Allcrap, which stands for Chic, Recycled, Artisan, Pieces.
We specialise in upcycling, recycling and repurposing the old, unwanted or plan outdated and putting it to good use in the world we live in today.
I recently exhibited my up-cycled , recycled and repurposed ideas and creations at The Wadebridge Showground this Good Friday and Saturday.
I have attached some pictures of what I have done that may be of interest to you.

The were very well received and can be used inside or outside.

The attraction of having them inside is that they are a living breathing piece of the outside that is at ease within the home environment and literally part of the furniture!
They are versatile with the Seasons and can even be planted with herbs for the kitchen if so desired.
These may look simple to create but there are factors that need taking into account, size, base type, style etc and as such need to be sourced and then stripped to a Matt finish, without any wax or varnishes.
The base is waterproof and hessian covered.
As a marketing plan for yourselves, to make transportation easier for customers and also to allow people to have them delivered to friends and families as gifts, I would suggest a selection of packages at various prices.
These can be price and product led.
For instance.
A Spring Selection; Flowers, feed and a small bag of potting compost that they would takeaway and plant at home or the recipient does when they receive it. These would be included in the price with an option to "upgrade" to other selections at a premium.
People can also purchase these at later dates to replant their existing chairs.
So it is interactive, also allowing people to plant and change as they wish.
I'm sure you can see the benefits of adding these to your sales portfolio.
Average cost from me to you delivered would be £28.
People can then purchase the chair outright from you and add flower packages if they wish.
Profit on chairs should be at least a 100% plus your usual profits on products sold.
